Terms of Service
Effective: October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of facelessmarketing.io and the advertising services provided by Faceless Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into a separate signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
No guarantee of results. Advertising outcomes vary by market, budget, competition, and factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Any figures, timelines, or examples on this site describe our approach and typical experience, not a promise of what you will get. Past performance does not predict future results.
1. Our services
We plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns (including on Meta, Google, TikTok, and ChatGPT), create ad creative, set up call and lead tracking, and report on performance. Specific deliverables, fees, and any performance-based compensation are set out in your service agreement or order confirmation.
We also build websites. A website build covers the pages your business needs (Home, Services, About, Contact, and service or service-area pages), copy written from information you provide and approved by you before launch, mobile-first design, basic on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, sitemap, and indexing setup), and analytics plus call and form tracking installed and tested. Online stores and e-commerce, ongoing content writing, and logo design are not included and are quoted separately.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business, offers, and customers.
- Give us the access we need to your ad accounts, business pages, and website analytics. Your ad accounts remain yours.
- Approve ad creative before launch when we ask for approval.
- Pay ad platforms directly for all ad spend from your own accounts. We never take possession of your ad spend.
- Follow the advertising policies of each platform. You are responsible for the legality of what you sell and any claims made about your business in ads we run for you.
3. Fees and billing
Our current plans are published on this site: Ads Management at $1,499/month. Websites are offered two ways: the Website Plan at a $499 setup fee plus $99/month on a 12-month minimum term (then month to month), which includes hosting, SSL, call and form tracking, and ongoing care and minor updates; or Own It Outright at $1,499 one-time, billed 50% to start and 50% at launch, with an optional Care Plan at $49/month covering hosting, updates, and monitoring. When Ads Management is active, the $499 website setup fee is waived. Your domain is registered in your name; you own your domain, and on the outright option you own the website files. Website builds include 2 rounds of revisions before launch; further revisions and major post-launch changes are billed or quoted separately. Bundle & Save (Ads Management combined with the Website Plan) requires a signed 6-month minimum term.
The Ads Management plan begins with an initial 60-day period, then continues month to month until either party cancels with notice as described in your service agreement. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Ad spend is separate, paid by you directly to the platforms, and we do not mark it up.
4. Term and termination
After the initial 60-day period, either party may terminate services at the end of the current billing month with written notice. We may pause or terminate services immediately if you fail to pay fees, revoke account access we need to do the work, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
You own your ad accounts, your customer data, and the final ad creative and landing pages we deliver for your business. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, processes, and know-how, and we may reuse general methods learned across engagements. Neither party may use the other's trademarks without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including lost ad spend or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your business, your products or services, content you provide, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform's advertising policies.
9. Independent contractor
We provide services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
