Privacy Policy

Effective: October 10, 2026

Faceless Marketing ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through facelessmarketing.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, you provide your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), what you need more of, your monthly ad budget range, and any message you write. When you book a call, you provide scheduling details through Google Calendar.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects limited technical data: pages visited, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is handled by our hosting and security infrastructure (Cloudflare) and is used for security and basic performance measurement. We do not run advertising trackers on our own site.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Service providers we use

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service to us.

4. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies or similar technologies for security (Cloudflare) and font loading (Google Fonts). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you consent to calls or texts about your inquiry, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us directly.

7. Children's privacy

This site and our services are for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to business systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
